Full Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - Welcome to Scotland l
Our tour starts with a drive into the Heart of Scotland to reach our Victorian-era hotel located in extensive grounds. This magnificent hotel has been carefully restored and offers a health-spa and indoor swimming pool. Enjoy a traditional afternoon tea served at the hotel followed by free time to relax. In the evening join your tour director and fellow travellers for a welcome drink before dinner.
Day 2 - Excursion to Stirling Castle and the Trossachs
The views from the battlements are simply stunning! Later we’ll enjoy a tour through the picturesque scenery of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, known as the “Highlands in Miniature”. On our return to Dunblane the remainder of the day is at leisure before dinner is served at our hotel.
Day 3 - Dunblane - Urquhart Castle - Inverness
Tour through the Great Glen to reach the scenic banks of Loch Ness. We’ll stop to visit the impressive ruins of Urquhart Castle then embark on a short cruise on Loch Ness. The views are captivating and you never know if Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster, might make an appearance! It’s a short drive to Inverness and our centrally located hotel.
